1. Who we are

Enshrouded Builds (enshroudedbuilds.com) is an independently operated English-language guide site for the game Enshrouded. For any question about this policy or about your data, contact hello@enshroudedbuilds.com.

2. What we collect

No accounts, no sign-up. This site does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal detail in order to use it, and we do not operate a mailing list.

Browser local storage. The skill tree planner saves your point allocation in your browser's local storage so that your build is still there when you return. This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us and we cannot read it. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, browser and operating system type, pages requested, referring URL and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It reports aggregated page views and referrers, does not set cookies, does not build a cross-site profile of you, and does not identify individual visitors.

3. Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. Cookies may be set by third parties as described in the next section, and only for the purposes described there. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of this site; the planner will still work, although a saved allocation may be cleared.

4. Advertising

This site displays advertising through Google AdSense in order to keep it free to use.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and to other websites on the internet.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you have previously given. Under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA these rights apply to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and California. To exercise any of them, email hello@enshroudedbuilds.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Because we do not run user accounts and cannot read the allocation stored in your browser, in most cases the simplest way to remove data associated with your visit is to clear your browser storage and cookies for this site.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data retention

We do not maintain a user database. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for the period set by its default policy and are used only for security and troubleshooting. Correspondence you send us is kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be described on this page rather than applied silently.
