Reporting a data error

If a node cost, stat or tree layout on this site does not match what you see in game, please include:

• The page URL you were reading
• The game version — 1.0 (Update 8) or pre-Update-8
• Your platform — PC, PS5 or Xbox
• The node name, or a screenshot, so we can find the exact entry

With those four details we can usually confirm a correction in one pass instead of going back and forth. We check every report against the community wiki and against in-game behaviour, then update the entry — or, if the discrepancy is version-related, keep both values and label the older one as historical.

Bugs in the planner

If the planner misbehaves — points that will not allocate, a saved build that will not load, layout problems on your device — send us the browser and device you are using along with a screenshot. Because your allocation is stored in your own browser, a screenshot is often the only way we can reproduce the state you were in.

Copyright and takedown requests

Rights holders can use the same address. Please start the subject line with Copyright and include the URL, the material in question and a description of your rights so it can be routed correctly.

What we cannot help with

We are not Keen Games and we have no access to their systems, so we cannot help with account issues, bans, refunds or game bugs. Please send those to the game's own support.
