About Enshrouded Builds

What this site is

Enshrouded Builds is a skill tree planner and build guide library for Enshrouded 1.0. The planner maps all 243 nodes across the game's skill trees so you can plan a character before you spend a single point, and the build library holds eight build guides written against the current version — each one linked back to the planner so you can open it, adjust it, and make it yours.

Everything here is free, requires no account, and runs in your browser. The planner saves your allocation locally on your own device; nothing is uploaded.

Why we built it

When 1.0 landed in October 2026, every skill tree in the game was reset. Every player who had a working build went back to zero points and had to rebuild from scratch — and most of the guides still ranking in search results were written for pre-1.0, with node costs and tree layouts that no longer exist.

We wanted one place where the numbers were current, the tree was something you could actually click, and outdated information was labelled instead of quietly deleted. That is the whole premise of this site.

How the data is produced

Every node, cost and stat on this site is checked against the community-maintained Enshrouded wiki and against in-game observation on the current patch. Where two sources disagree, we keep both and explain the difference rather than picking one silently — the 243 / 231 / 12 counting discrepancy you will see referenced across the site is the clearest example, and it is documented node by node on our data sources page.

Entries that are out of date or that we have not been able to verify carry a status marker so you can see how much weight to put on them. We do not remove superseded data; we mark it as historical, because players on older saves still need it.

Who runs this site

One person. This is an independent side project, not a company — there is no editorial team, no advertising department and no content farm behind it. It is maintained in the time between playing the game and doing everything else, which is also why a correction from a reader is worth more to us than a pageview.

Corrections typically go live within a couple of days. You can also read how our data is sourced before you write in.
